Affinity removal column for HSA use
High-speed single injection protocol and optimized buffer achieve favorable sample recovery rates!
We would like to introduce our "Affinity Removal Column for HSA." This column is designed to remove a large amount of interfering proteins (such as albumin) from human samples (plasma, serum, urine, or cerebrospinal fluid) using chromatography. By removing albumin, the dynamic range of the analysis is effectively expanded, which subsequently improves the sensitivity of sample LC/MS analysis and electrophoresis. 【Features】 - The injection volume of serum per analysis is 130μL for a column with an inner diameter of 4.6mm. - By using a multiple affinity removal system, approximately 50-55% of total proteins (albumin) can be removed. - With a column of 4.6 mm in diameter, up to 26,000μL of plasma/serum can be processed until the column's lifespan is reached. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
